Our “MT2” series is devoted to exploring the IGP/IGT wines — these are regional wines named after the lesser-known terroirs from which they come. The IGP/IGT classification spans throughout Europe and translates to Indication Geographique Protegee (or Tipica). Lots of unique geographical flavors to be explored here! We look for wines that unique and honest, made by hand with indigenous varietals and sustainable vineyard practices as well as lower than average sulphur and no aromatic yeasts or enzymes, but rather natural expressions of their origins.
