Our ‘White Label’ was our first creation, a series of appellation wines. What are appellation wines? Appellations are geographical tiers whereby quality and geographical uniqueness in terms of ‘terroir’ are ensured. In French this term is written as Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée; in Spanish, Denominación de origen; in Portuguese, Denominação de Origem Controlada; and in Italian, Denominazione di origine controllata.
